I appreciate that they're friendly when I visit and knowledgable about any issue I need fixing on my bike. They have alway taken care of those issues promptly so I can get back to riding asap.

The staff was helpful and pleasant.They have a good selection of bikes and bike gear. If they don't have what your looking for they will order it.

The customer service at this store is top notch. I came in wanting to get new bikes for my wife and myself, but had a million questions and wasn't sure which way to go. Everyone who helped us (particularly Matt) went out of their way to find the bikes that best suited our needs. They also helped me get all the gear/racks off my old bike and onto the new one. These guys seem to actually care, and oh, there's a corner of the store where our kids could color and enjoy some candy canes while we were shopping, which was awesome..
