My experience is a bit mixed. The bad - trying to get some questions answered prior to renting proved to be impossible. I called at least 6 different times/days/weeks and no one would ever answer the phone. Their voicemail did not allow the leaving of messages. There was no email address that I could find to send them a message with my questions. Very frustrating to not be able to ask some pre-rental questions. I ended up calling another local Trek retail location to ask a few questions about the rental location and equipment. Fortunately, they were able to answer my questions that gave me the information I needed to move forward with renting. The medium - the bikes that we rented could have probably been tuned up a little bit better/more thoroughly. My bike would not shift into the lowest gear, unfortunately I did not notice this until a few miles into my ride. While not a deal breaker, not ideal. Both bikes that we rented had brakes that felt a bit on the spongey/softer side, though this could be a personal taste issue. Besides these couple of relatively minor issues, the bikes were good and otherwise solid. The good - the staff member that took care of us on the rental day was friendly and helpful. Conclusion - I would rent there again if I were to be in the Vegas area but I have more information now then I did for my first rental experience. It would be really great if they would find a way to communicate with potential customers.

Staff was awesome. Sorry I don't remember the representative that was running the store but it was on 10/05/24 he was the only one working. He was very professional making sure everything was working properly for me and my wife's rentals. From fitting to pedals lights tire repair kits. He even gave great route options for the area.

Trek Bicycle Las Vegas Rentals is the best option at renting a road or Mountain bike while in Vegas. The rental bikes spare no expense. The bikes are dialed into your personal settings. All the bikes are high quality. The bikes were flawless. This is especially important given the Blue Diamond terrain requirements. The superior customer support at the shop is like no other. From the first call until I racked the bike to head home, the service team treats you like family. They allowed me to store my travel bags at the shop. And, they knew the trails inside and out. I enjoyed the day at Blue Diamond too. The town is small and full of local life. Thank you for making my mountain bike experience in Vegas EXCEPTIONAL! The Trek bike was outstanding.

Reservations are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The staff is excellent, very informative. We got maps and recommendations for trails. I also recommend you bring gloves or buy a pair or you will get blisters. We rented the mountain ebiks and they were ridiculously fun. I can't wait to do it again.

The staff here are fantastic and very accommodating for new riders. They have plenty of bikes but be sure to reserve them ahead of time. They have everything you need to make your ride enjoyable.
