You will love the bicycle and the experience you have purchasing one from Trek on Fort Apache in Las Vegas! There are so many reasons I love it ... a huge selection, knowledgeable customer service, and the ability to ride the bike before you buy it! Another great resource is the fact that they have their own service center with knowledgeable people that can help with any problems you might be having with your bike! Between my children and grandchildren I've purchased many bicycles over the years. My husband bought me a bicycle from Trek a few years ago, and simply riding it revealed how important it is to have a quality bike! We bought two for our children and two our grandchildren, and now biking has become a beloved activity for the fam! The bikes cost a bit more than the big box stores, but honestly you won't believe the difference in the quality!

I want to start by saying that the guys at the Fort Apache store are such chill people and are very helpful with going over what you are looking for. Shaun was so quick to come up with a super low reduced price on these two mountain bikes and I wasn't even going to go to that level of bike but he lowered the price so much as to make them easy to obtain. Eric was the guy who set up the bikes and fit my wife to her new mountain bike, the little gray one ( Fuel EX 8 ) and mine is the (Fuel EX7 ). If you are in the market for a new bike definitely go in and let them help you become the owner of a new bike. I can't say enough but Thanks guys for the great service. John and Siska

The guys here are really really great. I took my bike in to get things checked on because it was riding a little bit funny and I had some questions. They were more than willing to explain everything that I asked about and were very clear and detailed about it. They explained what my bike needed to get back to perfect riding again, and I felt they were being completely honest and it was well worth the money. I will definitely use these guys from here on out for anything concerning my bike

While I have rated Trek Las Vegas on West Flamingo before, I continue to be impressed each time I visit them and by their customer outreach. Shaun Fowler is top-notch and definitely cares about his customers. I recently purchased a Domane RSL Disc F/S 54 RD-BL, and the follow-up, support, and caring attitude is refreshing in today's world of high-pressure sales. I have never felt pressured work with the Trek West team, and I have been very pleased with all their help. In fact, I just visited the store last week and was greeted by name, as well as being presented a Trek Bicycle Hardback book personally hand-signed just for me..., so cool! Shaun had this done for me and gave it to me personally. That is customer service at its finest. If you are in need of a bike, accessories, or service, I highly encourage and recommend Shaun and his team at Trek West!

We got a mountain bike for a reasonable discounted price. The salesman Abraham went over and beyond what a sales person would do. He recommended bike accessories with no pressure. He helped us bring our bike to our truck. All staff were friendly on this store. Will definitely come back here for our bike needs.
