What an awesome Trek store! I bought new rims for my bike, and I brought them in to have the brake rotors and gears switched over from the old rims to the new. I called Tim and told him what I needed. He said bring it up whenever was convenient for me. I went up there 20 minutes later, and they had it done in no time. We walked around the shop and talked for a little bit, very personable. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Nothing against Momentum Cycles, but this is a big step up!

Great bike inventory. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can service bikes onsite. We purchased a bike here and will be back for tuneups and other bike purchases as needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They put the bike rack I bought on my car for me so I could bring my and my daughter's bikes up there to be serviced. I got a new back tire and tube and she got a new seat and they installed that as well. He also noticed that her tires were touching the brakes at times due to something being uneven and they fixed that too. When I left they assisted me with putting the bikes back on my bike rack and showed me best practices. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend this place. FYI, none of the employees were wearing masks.

My favorite LBS! I’ve purchased two bikes and several upgrades from them. Their community rides are awesome and helped me get over my fears of riding with a group as a noob. Tim, Dietrich and Alex are all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Tim was great! We went in for a little guy to try and find a bike. He graduated from a strider/balance bike. I thought he needed a 16”/18” wheel and with Tim’s help we determined he could fit a 20”. We got a Trek Precaliber and he loves it!
