Trek staff has always been fantastic. I wanted a tune up right before BRAN last year, and the bike shop that sold me my bike was booked solid. My dad recommended going in and getting the work done by Trek. I didn't even think about that since I didn't buy my bike there, and it's not a Trek brand. But staff was welcoming and took care of me right there. I've since had my bike in several times for several maintenances and have had fantastic service every time. I've already recommended Trek to several of my friends, and will continue to recommend them.

Purchased a beautiful Radioactive red Top Fuel and had the best bike purchasing experience ever. Was taken care of from start to finish and Rob was great help setting up the bike to perfection. Every attention to detail was gone over and rode the bike a few days later with the absolute surprise of how well it was set up. I figured I would need to take a few minutes to go through the bike and set it up from clipless peddles, to the suspensions, etc. But that bike rode PERFECTLY out of the store and had a very memorable first ride on it. Please go to this location and enjoy being taken care of the right way= everytime. They create a wonderful bike purchasing experience and give you the best package available in the market. Thank you so much and instantly became a life customer!

I continue to be impressed with this shop. I mistakenly assumed they would be more expensive. Not true at all! The service guys are always helpful and they take the time to explain everything. Brandon helped me this time and I was impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, and just overall good vibe. There are a lot of great bike shops in Omaha, and I highly recommend this one too!!

Recently was in the market for a new bike and stopped by Trek West. Robb was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and answering all of my questions as someone with not much experience and just getting started. He never made me feel pressured and after purchasing the bike, made sure I had the proper accessories and knowledge to get me down the road. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Trek Corporate stood 100% behind their product and offered me warranty options to fit my needs. Thanks to Trek Bicycle Omaha West for walking me through the options. I'm excited to put my warranty claim credit towards a 2024 Checkpoint SL 5. Looking forward to many new adventures on this bicycle.
