I was serviced with a level 1 service for a bicycle i bought at a thrift shop and i was given the VIP treatment with my bike leaving clean as if it was brand new. They went above and beyond to see that no bike is left behind, and I'm more then happy with the service my bike received. Thank you. They will give you the VIP treatment also so just take your bike in so you can start riding.

Great people that sell awesome bikes. My wife and I had a great experience. They talked us out of buying a more expensive bike that didn't fit my wife's needs. They were very courteous when I changed my mind and decided to get a different bike for myself after two days of use. Excellent suggestions and an overall positive experience. I wish car salesmen were like them. Jamie and the whole team there is awesome.

As always the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I love going to buy accessories as well as getting tune ups at Trek bike stores. I went to a different store for a tune up that wasn’t a Trek outlet and did not like the results . Trek is top dog ! Trust me you will not be disappointed. Thank you Trek!

We've purchased two kids bikes here. Yes they were pricy but the build quality was great and the customer service here is good. If you want a good quality bike you've come to the right place
