The Trek store in Westmoreland is a gem. The people, service and products are all top notch. I recently purchased my second Trek bike there and had excellent service from Sean who walked me through the potential repair needs of my old bike vs. costs and benefits of buying a new one. When it was time to purchase, Peter in sales was great to work with. Then Jack, in service, transferred the accessories from my old Trek to the new one at no cost. The bonus to all of that is the beautiful space that the store occupies. It is a pleasure to shop there.

My wife and I have been going to the Westmoreland Trek store since 2018. Over the years we have purchased quite a few bikes, accessories and bike related items there for our kids and grand kids, as well as for our selves. Our experience has always been wonderful. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and the service is exemplary. Thank you for helping make our bike dreams come true!

I have recently started building my own skills on home bike repair, but often I need a bit of advice from the staff in the 2 Trek stores near me. Even if I don't end up actually buying any product, the staff has been absolutely amazing about giving me great advice on the fly, and even throwing a bike up on the stand and showing me tips and tricks for doing my own adjustments, or even for replacing parts that I am buying from them.I really love the sense from the techs there that they care about helping people learn. I think this is a testament to the employees themselves, but I also think that management is doing a good job encouraging this (as opposed to what could easily be more draconian rules about giving free time to walk-in customers). Please keep up this good work and say thanks to your techs.
