John, Jay, and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. They were beyond patient with me. They went out of their way to help me! They even installed my cleats on my shoes and my bike rack. This store really cares about their customers. Thanks everyone that helped me and made this cycling journey so much better!

I bought two bicycles at the store, and the service and attention were excellent in both transactions. After the purchase, when I had to return for adjustments, the person who helped me was always very professional and clearly knew how to solve any problem or question. I would buy from this store again and recommend it without hesitation.

Great experience with the team here who turned my bike around in less than 12 hours of calling at 5pm. Had it ready by the next day at 10am for pickup. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions about the new bike (Fuel Exe 9.5). Would recommend Trek Springfield to anyone looking to get a new bike or have theirs serviced.

Best bike shop for sales and repair I’ve been to thus far! They know their stuff for sure! I was able to get the next size up that fits my son perfectly for his height and style of his liking. They took his old bike as a donation towards the new bike which was perfect as well! Although we had to get it ordered they were quick to ship it and build it within a 2-3days time frame! One satisfied mom and one satisfied happy kid! Look at that beauty!
