I was stopping by this store by way of Los Angeles to tackle a bucket list ride to Paradise Valley Road at Mt Rainier. Trek Bicycle Tacoma North End helped me out with getting my tires prepped and repairing an obscure valve anomaly. The staff were friendly, courteous, and exceedingly knowledgeable with bike mechanics. The store was exceptionally organized--Locating accessories and essentials was a breeze. I will be sure to visit this store again on my next Tacoma trip!

The employees at the shop are always so kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. For me this meant using the right name and pronouns, which they were respectful of (I didn’t even need to ask). They are very knowledgeable about local biking trails and clubs, and I know I can always count on them for accurate answers! The turnaround time on repairs is also quick, usually about 24 hours.

Called around looking for an 11 speed di2 derailluer. Renton, Kent, Tacoma nobody had 1 in stock.These guys did and I am appreciative of that. Very good customer service, will call them first next time. Thanks again.

Can’t imagine a better place to buy a bike. The staff and service are excellent. Bought a couple Trek Rail 7 bikes from them. One of the bikes had a very slight squeak from one of the brakes and the tech and manager would not let me have the bike until they fixed it 😊 I highly recommend this shop.

I just picked up my Trek FX-1 hybrid bike. I ordered online so this was the first time I saw it. Beautiful! I was greeted with enthusiasm by the staff as I walked in. I met Jason who went over my bike with me. He covered all the basics including making sure that I had the proper equipment for safe riding. Also gave me some GREAT tips about which gear combination to use and when to use them. My last human-powered bike was a 10 speed so I appreciated the quick tutorial! Went outside with the bike (took a picture of course!) and loaded it up. And off I went. Great experience with the Trek Bicycle Tacoma North crew!
