Trek Bike Shop in WILMINGTON DE has been a great experience in working with all the sales people and more specifically on my most recent Trek Bike perches Lisa Lee. Lisa was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have met the guys in the service department and they too have been very friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Trek Bike Shop in Wilmington DE.

The team at Trek did a fantastic job listening to my bike needs and teaching me about bikes in general. I’m happy with the hybrid bike I purchased and plan to return for maintenance. And an extra shoutout to Lisa for all of her help!

The service staff are friendly and easy to work with. They provide up-front repair estimates. You get an email summary of work completed, and a text to let you know when your bike is ready. Perfect!

Hands Down, the entire Team at Trek Wilmington are the BEST!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I've been receiving superior service for the last four years. Every time I enter the store it feels like home.
