The guys at the store were great! They were very helpful, and knowledgeable. I purchased a bike today. I like the fact that they have different service plans available as well a flat tire plan that is for a lifetime. I was pleasantly surprised with these service plans. I would totally recommend stopping by and checking out their selection of bikes if you're interested in the sport of biking. Barbie

First rate experience at this bike shop. I bought a great bike from them in the past. Needed a tire repair. The got me in and back on the road in minutes. They stand by their products, they know their n stuff, and treat their customers right. They also fixed my tire at a decent price as a returning customer.

The service received from the experienced staff has been one of the best I have received. I recently move from Miami and went to different bike shops until I found the Trek store and from the moment I walked in the staff was so helpful and the helped me with my wheels. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reputable bicycle shop. Thanks to Jeff and John. Great guys.

Took my daughter's mtb bike I purchased from them in for some upgrades and the staff was very attentive and helpful. They were done the next day and was notified accordingly. The price for all things done was very reasonable as well. Very happy with the overall experience.
