This bike shop is fantastic! Logan, the technician, is hands-down the best in town. He’s not only incredibly skilled but also friendly and approachable. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with your bike and quickly offers solutions to get you back on the road. The manager, Jack, is equally impressive—helpful, welcoming, and always creating a positive experience for customers. Their professionalism and customer service set this shop apart. I’d confidently rate it a solid 9.5 out of 10!

Robert fixed my flat while I waited only 10 minutes (rare in Naples). He was personable and professional while we discussed repair issues with my bicycle that I noticed (and some I missed) that will need attention soon. This gave me the needed information to base my future decision on either repairing or possibly purchasing new/used. They also offer a great deal on Lifetime Flat Club to fix all flats for the lifetime of the bike. The store was busy yet customers seem to be happy and well attended to.

Nice shop. Well equipped store with good selection of models and accessories. Went to buy a bike for my 13 yr old. Even though I wasn’t looking for the top of the line, Elvia offered us all her attention and guided us with recommendations without being pushy or trying to upsell. I just relocated to Naples and had my first bike service. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My bike was done in two days and looked great and rode great. I would highly recommend Trek of Naples.

Amazing shop! I flew into town for a charity bike ride the next day (Brotherhood Ride). I had a major issue that would have stopped me from riding. They dropped everything to fix it for me, and did the work for free. Great people and service- I wish I lived around here so I could use them all the time!
