I normally don't go to Trek for service because I thought they only service Trek bikes. But today I went and was very, very pleasantly surprised. The people in the service department were friendly, competent and quick. Much better than the cycle shop around the corner at that shopping center. I would highly recommend them for their service and for their bikes. They have an extensive showroom there's a wide variety of prices and sizes. Fantastic place. I can't say enough good about it.

The manager of the store Mike is awesome to deal with.His bike knowledge and customer interface makes it easy for a person to chose Trek as the only bicycle company to purchase from . Thanks Mike !

This store had the bicycle we wanted and agreed on the phone to sell us the bike, and since they could not assemble the bike until the following week, they told us we could purchase the bike and have another trek store assemble the bike. We travelled over an hour to get to the store, only to be told we could NOT purchase the bicycle in a box, and they still couldn’t assemble it until at least 7 days from now. INCREDIBLY POOR customer service!! Our advice:: go to another store for all of your bicycle purchases.

Jack and his staff are awesome to work with. Exceptionally knowledgeable! Jack took all the time my wife and I needed to make sure we had the right bikes and accessories for our needs and goals. Delivery was prompt, friendly, and easy! We’ll be loyal customers for years to come - thank you Jack!!!

I met Jack in the south Naples store. I explained what I needed a bike for and he suggested the Townie Bike. This bike is such great quality and so comfortable to ride. I am thrilled with this purchase. Thank you Jack and now off I go for another wonderful bike ride.
