Shop owner was very knowledge, polite and not your typical sales person, He just wants people to be happy, healthy and on a bicycle enjoying life. Purchased a new Trek checkpoint SL which was a huge upgrade to my last bicycle and could not be happier. Only been able to use it on a trainer but super excited to finally ride it once the weather breaks. shown pictures of my new ride to friends can coworker, and have been recommending TRT to them all. Very nice environment at the bike shop and the costumers I’ve encountered while I was in making my purchases were just as friendly and polite as the owner Christian.

I showed up mid-afternoon at TRT after riding in Mohonk Preserve, where I had a flat I couldn't fix and rode out to my car on the dead tire. I got immediate help, no waiting - in 20 minutes, I had a new tire and tube, and my wheel trued up, ready to keep riding, all for under $55 (pre tax). Highly recommend TRT Bicycles!

This is by far the best bike shop in the area. Christian is extremely knowledgeable, has a large stock of bikes/gear, and has kept our bikes well-maintained. I also bought a new gravel bike from him and have been very happy with it. The folks working there are kind and friendly, and always willing to share information and tips.
