I had a rear flat tire late afternoon on a Friday. At first I was going to watch YouTube and try to do it myself. After calculating my learning curve and daylight lost, I called Tune Cycles. The boss was super helpful and friendly. They are a bit tricky to find. The property should list the businesses at the end on the side of each building to make it easier but the boss gave good directions. 😊 I have a fixed gear State bicycle so nothing fancy and these guys weren't snotty like some shops I've been to. They fixed my tire on the spot, aired both my tires and didn't charge me Boca prices. I walked in their shop a bit after 6pm and was home by 6:30pm. I don't know if they use fairy dust but my bike ride was magical after that!

Five star operation. Ethan is incredibly generous with giving tips, directions and info. I’ve been in bike shops with cranky service departments but this is the opposite. I’ve had them work on road and mountain bikes and been very pleased with how everything went. I drive out of my way to come to Tune because their rep is well deserved, the shop is welcoming and I know things will be done right. Thanks Ethan ! - Evan
