Excellent service with a good selection of bikes. I came in here a few times looking for a range of bikes, and each time I was met with a different member of their family who were all friendly and willing to help. In addition, the online chat line they have makes shopping with them incredibly convenient, letting me to ask questions from home, and allowing them to contact me when they needed more information. You can either buy one of the bikes they have on display, or have them ship a bike from their larger location for pick up, here which was very helpful.

There's a new kid on the block! I was searching for a bike repair shop to obtain obscure parts for my granddaughter's bike. When I Googled bike repair I noticed an unfamiliar shop name and it was only 1.5 miles away. In the plaza area of Magnolia & Adams, in between Zubie's Dry Dock & Goodwill is UDS Bikes. They have only been open here for 2 weeks. They have another store in Long Beach. The owner's name is Senol. He has a joyful smile and is very welcoming. I showed him my problem and he asked me to leave the bike part and he would research it for me. The following day I received a text saying the fix will cost more than the bike is worth, which is most likely true. When I arrived he explained why it wasn't worth it. Asked me if I had $30. and walked me over to Goodwill and showed me some bikes I could buy there. I already spied a bike at Savers (for parts) that was cheaper though. Although Senol was unable to help my situation he took the time to find me an alternative solution and that was nice. He went the extra mile. Looking at the bikes in his store, they are to die for. I love the look of their cruiser bikes. Vintage city/touring bike type-look. He also has e-bikes that have a nice and sturdy look and feel. Big rear tire. Reminds me more of a moped than a bicycle. If you're shopping for a road, mountain, cruiser, or e-bike, you should check them out!
