I bought a mostly complete bike less the wheels & tires. The description failed to mention the frame had been repainted, and pictures were not clear enough to tell. Overall a nice frame I can work with to build a bike. The frame was delayed and there was some finger pointing from them, but it arrived after 2-weeks. Would I buy another one from them: maybe.

Made an inquiry about a item posted on eBay and the response was surprising. Just a bunch of finger pointing back at me, the customer, essentially stating that they should not have to clarify anything to me. Not sure why there is such a triggered response here, and a need to continuously respond by the seller. I hope the seller can work on this to improve their business in the future.

Won't be going through these people ever again. Staff was very rude when i complained about the shipping process and how it bent the wires in the tire sidewall. the eBay interaction was horrible and now they won't stop messaging with nonsense. Kinda weird. Not worth the hassle to replace so I'll just repurchase elsewhere if the tires dont take back shape. regardless these people are no good. Wish I read the reviews here before purchasing from these people Total rip off. and because I am still getting arrogant messages vi ebay my reply is as follows. "You need to stop messaging me. You got my review based up on the shipping process. Now it's based upon how absolutely rude you are. " "You said you have had zero complaints but the many 1 star reviews across the web show that is a lie. Now you are continuing harassing me, which will only cause more hassle. You are beyond your depth in this situation. ill leave also a screenshot of my original feed back about the way it was packaged for shipping so you can see how irrational these people became in demanding i remove my feedback experience. Now, for the last time Leave me alone. "

I’m not sure what or who Unbroken Chain Cycles is. Their website mentions mission statements and values, but I know they have been very helpful to me. I have visited repeatedly and they have always assisted promptly, courteously, and with a certain degree of professional knowledge, above and beyond my limits. Free kids bikes, seats, kickstands, working on said kids bikes, gratis. Don’t know about others experiences, but fine and more by me. A little grungy, in a grungy side side alley street, next to industrial recycling, but you get what you pay for. They’re trying
