What a pleasure to do business with his shop. The best bike shop experience I've had in ages. They did a custom built Yeti SB140 and Wesley was awesome to work with. Plus the price was way better than the local shop in my city. When I picked up my bike the worker did and amazing job walking through the suspension setup. He was very through. I'll definitely buy my GF a bike there once we decided to put her on something nicer.

I could not recommend this bike shop enough! I purchased a new Revel Ranger from Avery. He’s a fantastic mechanic & he really knows his stuff. There’s no pushy sales. He’s all about getting you in the correct bike. The communication was amazing from recommending the correct bike for my terrain, to arranging to get the bike in stock, to putting it all together. I couldn’t be happier.

Jesse and Austin are fantastic. Jess answered all my question's and even sent me pictures of the floor model Yeti I am thinking about for my next bike. I live in Cedar Park so this is one of the furthest MTB shops from me. But just their customer service over the phone has me convinced this is where I need to go to get my next bike. Keep up the great work gents. Look forward to meeting you guys.

Velorangutan is by far the best bike shop I have ever done business with. The customer service and expertise offered by Adam, Avery and Jesse has been unmatched by any other shop I have been to in Austin. They have the greatest selection of high end mountain bikes and they enjoy talking about them in a way you only get when people love what they do. Adam helped me build my dream bike (a custom Revel Rail) and walked me through ever choice I had step by step until it was exactly as I wanted it. Do not hesitate to make your next bike purchase here, because these guys really go above and beyond on everything they do.

This shop was such a great experience, one of if not the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Avery and Wes were so helpful in helping my fiancée and I get new XC bikes. All of the guys working here were so chill. They were so patient with helping us out, they even stayed later to get our new bikes ready to go. They were genuinely so awesome and I can’t recommend this shop enough. We will gladly be repping our new Velorangutan jerseys. Thanks guys!
