If you’re looking to purchase an e bike and uncertain about what brand, type, or hesitant because it’s such a big purchase, head over to Voltage Bikes. I worked with Chris. Easy scheduling of an in person session. Sent an email and received an appointment within a few days. Communicated via text and phone when I had questions and always friendly. Chris was very knowledgeable and personable. Allowed me to try several models and types. Took time to explain the differences. I felt very comfortable talking to him and making my ultimate decision of the Velotric Discover 2. The store met all my needs and I left feeling taken care of. 5 Star treatment. Thank you Chris!

To anyone looking to purchase a aventon e bike, I highly recommend Voltage Bikes. Richard and Chris are very knowledgeable with these bikes and they offer great customer service. I was interested in purchasing an e bike to commute to work and after speaking with Richard and Christopher, I ended up purchasing one. These bikes are awesome. Got a great deal on it too! Go green!

GREAT customer service. Can't wait for the bikes to arrive Thanks !! Chris Update: received our bikes. Jean and I couldn't be happier Aventon Adventure 2 is everything it's suppose to be plus some. Mary and Chris made sure everything was up to par before leaving back to Jersey. Again GREAT customer service definitely worth the ride, would highly recommend this shop 👌

Had a really positive experience at voltage bikes... Their warehouse is close to my home in Southampton, so the whole appointment demo and delivery process was fast and efficient. Can't wait to start my new life as an "e" commuter!

Chris was awesome and was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. Would absolutely recommend buying from him and will probably end up doing so again myself in the near future when my wife gets tired of sharing her bike 🤣.
