Overjoyed to find a bike shop with experienced and super helpful staff. Beauty shop. Nice location. Easy to find. Easy parking. We were looking for trail expert recommendations and we got it at Westside and found a cellphone holder for my bike that I’ve always wanted so I could view my maps/gps while I ride. Bonus was two riding shirts too! Highly recommend these guys!

Westside Bicycle has the most kind, thorough and friendly staff. I went to go try on bike shorts yesterday and was blow away by their customer service and care. The staff was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 experience!

I have so much love for WSB. I have trusted them for going on about 5 years to help me with virtually everything on my bikes. These fine folks have kept me safe on the road and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone. Please support them so that they can stay open forever!

1/16/22 The crew didn't disappoint! From my first contact with Henry to my ending check out guy (i didnt get his name). Jason was able to find the problem and get me back on the road in a timely manner. I have ridden my bike over 100 miles since the fix and it shifts smoothly which is essential for the area where I live. Thanks SO much!! 4/2021 Great customer service today! Getting my bike overhauled there in a few weeks. Will write more after I see (and use) the result. Later..they did a great job! Expensive..but it was the first extensive work I've had on my bike since I bought it 10 years ago.

I've been going to this shop for years to either get repairs, tune-ups, or stuff I need for my various bikes I've had over the years. Recently needed to get some adjustments for my bike. They were super fair and even gave me a discount when it turned out the amount of work was really minimal. Great business to work with for your bike needs.
