Despite me living on a different continent, Jesse still took time to solve a warranty issue with the Trek I got with them back in 2020. That's pure commitment to the customer — and it's just one of the reasons they're the best bicycle shop in Milwaukee.

Jesse helped us pick out a great bike for our son. He also made us coffee :). This is the 4th bike we have purchased from Wheel & Sprocket. This is how a bike purchasing experience should go. Very easy, low pressure, great bike!

Mike is a great mechanic and has built a ton of customer confidence in the work he does. I got my bike back with a detailed report of how he tuned, replaced, and optimized my Trek Emonda. Can't wait for the streets to clear up and ride that thing. It looks incredible again. After 20,000 hard miles in 3.5 years, Mike seriously has this thing looking brand spanking new!! All ten's and five stars.

Had a fantastic experience here. Purchased my second bicycle this past week and really appreciated the respect and integrity of the team. They walked me through all the safety features, configurations, adjustments and how-to's on the new bike and Burley trailer. The Trek Verve+ 4S is currently charging at 81.9 watts, at balanced voltage and frequency, between 1-1.8A draw.
