Went above and beyond! Booked a rental here last night and even though they had to close for the day they reached out to me and made sure I was able to still secure my rental for the day and it was so appreciated and we had an awesome day on the trails. Awesome people.

Wheelbilly’s keeps Putnam County rolling. While they are an amazing mountain bike shop, they also did an amazing job on my custom single speed road bike build. Just look!

I bought a new mtn bike two weeks ago from Wheelbilly and I kept having issues with the chain coming off in low gear. I took it back and they adjusted on it but went back on the trails and again it came off and the second time it snapped the chain. Today took it back and Hannah fixed the chain and saw it was out of adjustment and it seems good so far we will see... but I gotta give Hannah HUGE props and a thank you!!!! You rock!!

Stopped in looking to replace a forgotten bladder for my pack. While they didn't sell them Tom said he could sell me one that came with the packs he had on hand. He would be able to replace them later. Very generous and something a big box store couldn't do for you. Then as luck would have it my bike had a broken part. He was able to pull a part off of a bike he had on consignment to get me back on the trail. Awesome service and this was all done in a few hours. Thanks Tom! And I really enjoyed the Meeks trails directly behind the shop!

Support local and ride the Meaks Mountain Trails! These guys are super friendly and really enjoy biking. If your a novice or an expert you will like this shop. It's tidy and small but packed with really cool bikes you could rent. If you're looking to get into the hobby and don't know what to buy or where to start always take the time to visit your local bike shop.
