This shop is great! I’ve taken three of my bikes in to be worked on and they’ve done high-quality work at a very decent price with quick turnaround. The guys that work here are super knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue going only here for any work I need and certainly plan to buy bikes from this shop in the future.

This guy saved Christmas and was open on Christmas eve with what I needed! My granddaughters first bike needed training wheels, but the axle extender was the wrong thread count. After calling and confirming they had the extenders, I showed up and he had them on the counter ready to go. I told him no other shop had them and he said he got them in stock since kids would be getting bikes for Christmas and may need them. He thought ahead! It would have horrible if my granddaughter couldn't ride her first bike on Christmas day! Thanks a lot!

I'm so glad we have this bike shop in Springfield. They offer plenty of Specialized bikes and accessories as well as Kuat bike racks and I was able to pick up a full-face carbon fiber helmet today (Specialized Gambit) and it fits just right. Jason and Kelso were incredibly amiable and helpful, and they tuned up my bike to hit some trails with friends tomorrow. Thanks, WD ✌️
