Went in looking for a used road bike and Chuck was awesome! Super helpful and friendly! Chuck went out of his way to get the bike ready in one day for me so I can start training for a long ride at the end of summer. Highly recommend going here if you're in the market for a bike or you need service!

If you want great service a person that is all smiles this is the place to go. I believe his name is Chester, unbelievably pleasant and very helpful. They got me fixed up in under a week at a very reasonable price. Hope they are around for years to come!

Terrible customer service. The person who perhaps might be the owner was only interested to replace part for a simple standard screw. Charged for things that were not even fixed. Was reluctant to fix things and only wanted to charge more money because he wanted to recover money for things he did that wasn’t supposed to be done. Do yourself a favor and find another place.
