My son & I stopped by this afternoon and were helped by a female employee running the coffee bar. I should have asked her name. She was amazing. Fantastic customer service. We stopped in around 12:30. No one (customers) was inside. I told her we had a flat tire. She explained that the bike store was closed Mondays but then offered to fix my son’s tire. She explained she’d have to stop if a coffee customer came in. I completely understood and was very appreciative. She was very nice to help my 10 yr old out. She could have easily sent us out & asked us to come back tomorrow. It was definitely appreciated and we will be back for new tires for his bike soon. Great experience. Thank you.

I am always on a hunt to find a good coffee shop and this is really a gem! The person at the counter asked me how I liked my coffee and he made just the perfect coffee I ever had. Will comeback for more.

My wife is 78 and an avid cyclist that has been suffering from a hand crippling disease called Duprytens Contracture that has stopped her bicycling until the Whitetails team came up a solution by installing state of the art handbrakes. Today she is back on her bicycle. Great suggestion and work.

I had a sales call in the local area and heard about this bike shop so I decided to stop in. I needed to learn more about proper hydration and fueling while riding. I was amazed by the immediate attentiveness, knowledge and overall kindness the owner gave me. He spent a lot of time talking to me. I learned what I needed to know and purchased the right hydration mix products for the coming hot summer months. I highly recommend this place for all your biking needs. I need to go back and try the coffee. Thanks you again for the help.
