The staff at Wrench and Roll provide excellent customer service. Their service is excellent. I liked that they took the time to teach my son about his bike and adjust it to his height and weight. I highly recommend this shop.

I came across their tent at vail lake on race day. The employees were so kind and very knowledgeable- they helped me with a flat tire. Service was quick and quality of work was great. They handled everything with care. I wouldn’t have been able to race if they didn’t rush to help me out. Also, as a girl i really appreciate that the mechanics didn’t talk down on me or try to up charge me. Overall, they’re kind people and run an honest business. I would definitely choose this shop again!!

The first time I went here I spent around $1,000 for a full service. The tech refused to test ride my bike to help diagnose a problem I was reporting. From that service they had installed contaminated/faulty brake pads. This was brought to their attention immediately and they attempted to fix by sanding and switching front pads with rear but this did not resolve. They said they would stand behind their work but when I revisited to have them replace the brake pads they charged me. Will not return and do not recommend.

This is easily the best bike shop ever. The customer service is off the charts and the mechanics get your bike serviced super fast. They are very reasonable with pricing and make it worth going since it’s a 45 minute drive every time I want to get my bike dialed there. They also have friendly shop dogs that hang out while your bike is getting serviced

I was on my way to Idyllwild from OC and realized that since it has been a long while that I needed to get my tires filled with sealant. I called the store and they told me I could be in n out super fast. After stopping for cheap gas at the nearby Costco, I pulled into the shop (Suite 101 beside Urbane Flooring). Super nice clean shop and great vibe. The owner had me in n out fast and cleaned and greased my front axel and cleaned my front disc too. Pricing was great too compared to shops in south OC. This will be my go to resource in the future. The shop has lots of cool bikes and parts selection as well and they are into race culture!! Thank you Wrench and Roll! Five stars, excellent!
