We had an amazing experience at Zane’s Cycles, thanks to the exceptional customer service from Ian. From the moment we walked in, Ian was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We were looking for a bike rack, and Ian took the time to thoroughly check its compatibility with our vehicle. He patiently explained how the rack worked, ensuring we were comfortable with it before we made a purchase. But what really stood out was that Ian went above and beyond by personally installing the bike rack for us! His attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly made our day. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Zane’s Cycles. Highly recommend this shop, and a big thanks to Ian for all his help!

Everyone is extremely nice. Im 40 and don't really know how to ride a bicycle. They took their time and showed me until I was comfortable to ride alone. Im very pleased with the service I received and of course my bike.

Great customer service- friendly, knowledgeable, patient. Great bikes, especially having a women’s specific frame size. Competitive pricing, as well as a service program for the bike. Will definitely be back!

Well this afternoon we finally bit the bullet and bought New Bikes. We were always a cheap bike family and now we are kicking ourselves in the butt for not doing this earlier. We always wanted to experience Zanes and we have. Welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. We just completed 20.66 miles on these bikes and it felt like we just went around the block. Will never go back to a cheap bike family, it's Zanes for life now. Thank you, Zanes Family.
