Checked out their January bike sale. They had the Electra ebike on the floor at the right price. I returned a few days later as my 40 miles to a charge battery was dying at 15 miles! I was assured to charge and ride my bike a few more times before replacing battery that may be defective! Good customer service!

The team at Zippy's was outstanding! Upon arrival to pick up an online order, we noticed a hiccup in our order (our mistake), and the staff was super accommodating in getting us on the right track. Their inventory is outstanding, and their service is top-notch. They truly care about what they do and how they treat their customers. If we lived closer by, I'd be here more often.

Very welcoming service by Mike and Nick! Mike was very informative about what they had to offer and how everything worked. Nick had a great attitude when getting us set up with our rentals. Highly recommend business with Zippy’s especially these two! Quick and easy; loved the experience! 💕

Mike was well rounded and knew what he was talking about when it came to variety of the bikes. He helped us select the bikes that were best suited for us and nick had the bikes and lock ready to go and out the door for us in no time. They even gave us some extra time on the bikes at no cost! Would highly recommend to locals and travelers. I think it might be time for Mike to be employee of the month!

We rented E-bikes from Zippy’s and they were so much fun! The cost to rent the bikes was very reasonable and they gave us bike locks to use for free. Everyone at the store was nice and helpful and took the time to explain to us how the bikes worked. I highly recommend Zippy’s for your bike rentals.
