Great experience purchasing a new bike and trading in an old one! The staff are very knowledgeable and respectful! We had several issues with a bike retailer in Madison and a complete lack of transparency which led us to check 2 Rivers out and I’m so glad we did as the experience was 100x better! I only wish we would have came here first! From start to finish they worked with us to make sure we got what we were looking for and ensured us the quality behind it, then made sure we tested it and liked it even before we finalized the purchase. This will be a new go to for us! I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new bike!

Exceptional service! Each staff member is friendly, calm and highly knowledgeable. This creates a very comfortable experience when buying a new bike or getting repairs. They patiently explain options and make suggestions which produces a high level of trust and confidence. Service repairs are thorough and well done; small repairs are often done immediately.
