Super helpful and patient in letting my wife and me test ride multiple bikes before landing on the right ones, great prices and great quality!!! Even allowed us to leave and think about the purchase with absolutely no pressure and we came back 2 hours later and purchased 2 bikes

TL/DR: A+ service, upper 99 percentile road bicycle knowledge in owner Scott W., very personable and friendly service. I have had three interactions with Scott W. and Velocity Multisport & Cycling. First was it was neutral meeting place for FB Marketplace road bicycle component purchase. The seller knows Velocity Multisport & Cycling owner Scott W. From that initial interaction with Scott W. I could tell he knows road bicycling. Second interaction was fitting for new road bicycling shoe fitting. It was a comprehensive e.g. feet measurement, interview, trial of multiple models. Third interaction with Scott W was pick up of the new Lake road cycling shoes and placement of new Shimano SPD-SL cleats. I have since biked ~60 miles and these new shoes are wonderful. The second and third time I met Scott we had great road bicycling conversation. He is also bicyclist too so "walks the walk." I essentially know nil about mountain biking nor about running and swimming. So triathletes will have to read other Velocity Multisport reviews for these other disciplines. I give my highest recommendation to Velocity Multisport & Cycling. Their other staff Maya is also great. But she left to return to university:( And they are a local business that needs our support.

I am not one to leave reviews. However, my experience with velocity has been awesome. Scott took time to answer all of my questions and is passionate about biking. If you are looking for a bike shop in the Janesville area... Look no further!!!

Great people, very friendly. Had a flat tire on my wife’s bike, they got it all fixed up and got it back on the road. Great selection of bikes, check them out for all your needs.

Super friendly and helpful staff -- I had forgotten to charge my SRAM AXS batteries but they charged them for me for free and recommended a great coffee shop while I waited for them to charge. Highly recommend this shop!
