This is funny, I bought the expensive bird one scooter so I don’t need to worry versus than cheap ones but the scooter is always broken and he asked me to send the scooter to get fixed and untill now it’s not working. Make sense now that he doesn’t want a return or refund. My review is edited after i used the scooter twice. I returned the scooter many times to get fixed.

I've had my Fat Electric Scooter for a couple of months now. I originally bought it because it looked like it would be a fun, stress relieving, cruiser...which it is. But it is so much more. I now use it for almost any errand I need to run within a few miles. In fact, my wife liked mine so much, I bought her a Fat Electric Scooter sport of her own. We have had a great time customizing them and figuring out where to go on a scooter dates. We get comments on how cool they are all the time; if everyone who told me there were going to buy one actually did, I am confident I have "sold" at least 10 by now. You should definitely pick one up, you won't regret it.

Just as promised I am here to give a honest review. Thank you Alex for the help on choosing the right scooter. I came here knowing some basic info on scooters and Alex helped me have more of a understanding of them. I was impressed at how much he knew about the scooters. He asked me "please leave me a nice review" then said or honest review, honestly if he didn't ask me for a review I wouldn't have been here saying this. He corrected what he said later on after a few words and said not nice I mean honest and either way it didn't bother me being asked for a nice review. Weather or not the review was bad or good he just wanted someone to review him with honesty and I can respect that. He clearly puts a lot of time and effort into his business and wanted some honest feedback. I wouldn't change a thing. You did great and thanks again for the help. My son is very happy with his scooter. Thank you again Alex, I will be back again for sure! You earned yourself a loyal customer.

Word of advice to all buyers. For the price you pay for you can get it elsewhere with better customer service when something does go wrong (within reasons). A week after a purchase, you should be able to get assistance. With that being said. Try looking at well known stores with return policies. You're basically paying cash, might as well buy it from a reputable store. Stay away!!! Learn from my mistake.
