I recently purchased a Checkpoint and a hitch rack from Trek in Fredericksburg. The Checkpoint is an awesome bike and speaks for itself. I dealt mostly with Ben, who is very knowledeagble and was patient with my questions and great to work with. All of the staff there has been super. Their prices on components and equipment are very competative with online prices. I haven't needed service yet, but they did a great job setting up my new bike and the rack. I highly recommend this bike shop. We need local businesses like this to thrive, so we need to support great local bike shops with great customer service!

I love this Trek store, not only for my Trek FX3 but also for my different brand bikes. It's always the same staff which is great seeing the same faces but also because they are very friendly and always go the extra mile. They recently gave my mountain bike a complete overall, and now it's like a brand new bike! They also added an adjusting handle bar mount to the fx3 while I waited, and it made a world of difference!
