Very satisfied with A1 cycling tuneup of my Diamondback bike. The brakes & shifting is like new now. Got new L shape handlebars & Cloud 9 seat. Much better ride. And my bicyclist friend also like my seat & got identical one from A1. Thanks for your services!

This place is a superior to any bike shop. Got great deals and assistance on the floor when we first purchased our bikes. Any type of adjustments were done as soon as possible and sometimes on the spot if they didn't have a backlog. Have done a fantastic job educating my kids on how to buy a where to find great bike rides and how to maintain their bikes. Even built an emergency kit for my kid who does a lot of off-roading now which was totally unnecessary they went above and beyond. They are all great but Josh and Ben are always they're making things happen. You can't go wrong with this place

Had these wheels custom built at A1 for as much as the bike cost, now I believe I’m missing a nut that would secure the bolt to the forks and I noticed the wheel wobbling. I was able to tighten it however I called the store to inquire and was asked to send an email, which I did with the photos. The response is that the bolt is not needed and that the bolt is only there if I wanted to put finders on the bike. I looked up the “fenders” and well that’s not true. I use to hold A1 in high regard but don’t like being lied to or brushed off. Thanks for nothing I’ll go spend my money elsewhere from now on. The cost to have these wheels built was $1300.00 I’ve purchased well over 5k in bikes and accessories from this place and I’m not happy at all. Everyone is so helpful to take your money in today’s world but when it’s time to put in a little extra work they run, duck and hide as when I call the store now Ben won’t pick up the phone. Oh well your loss!

Edited per the company (was actually asked to delete it which I've decided not to do), which hit me as a bit weird - yes, you reached out to me to make it right, and yes, you gave me some materials that I would have otherwise paid for should i finished working with you, but that doesn't remove the poor experience I had with you in just asking for my wheels to be fixed and rebuilt. Bumped up a star due to their attempt at making this right. Not a fan of leaving poor reviews. However folks have a right to know. Maybe they are the best shop in the world but when it comes to building wheels and dealing with unhappy customer as a result of their poor wheel building they have quite a bit to learn, or even attempt to resolve. First ride on my rebuilt wheel and had to turn around after 8 miles - probably should have turned around sooner. Took it in and asked how they wanted to handle it - we’ll write you up and look to rebuild it again - uh, no. No apology, no attempt at a resolution - just, ok, first time didn’t work, let’s try again - like I’d trust them a second time.

I brought my Specialized Sirrus here to have the tires replaced and to inquire about an issue I was having with my bike. I explained the issue, and the guy working on my bike told me what I was experiencing was normal and the only way to mitigate it would be to replace the entire cassette- which wouldn’t be cost effective and at that point I may as well buy a whole new bike. He did put his time and effort into upselling everything he felt I needed. I left thinking Specialized did a crappy job on a $1200 bike, which, although not super expensive, should not be giving me the issues it was. Riding the bike was not enjoyable with the issue I was having so I took it to another local shop. They checked it out and said something was obviously wrong with it, figured it out, and actually fixed the problem - which was not the cassette My bike is now enjoyable to ride and I won’t be coming back to A-1.
