Upon arriving at this local business this morning to have two of my bikes serviced, I was met with an extremely rude young man. He greeted me and my children with disgust because I was there three minutes prior to opening. I told him politely to finish up his breakfast and I’d just wait outside. He told me since I’ve already interrupted him it was too late, and then begrudgingly followed me outside. At which point he then threw his hands up in disgust questioning my parking slightly on the sidewalk to avoid blocking the neighbors driveway. Horrible customer service! Took my bikes to Atlantic City, Cycles of Life, where I was greeted very politely and they took pride in fixing my bikes.

Last Saturday we were in the store looking for a cruiser for my wife, the owner stated that he had what she wanted but needed to assemble it. We left off with him that he would have it ready by this weekend. Went there today to find a closed store. We went to another store, and got exactly what she wanted and we were treated with amazing customer service.

Fixed my jogging stroller tire in less than 5 minutes!!! Quick and reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend taking your gear here instead of trying to DIY.

This place is a great bike shop. Tyler the young man that owns and works the place is incredibly friendly, skilled, and efficient. He changed my flat tire and added a new kickstand in about ten minutes. And the price is really reasonable. Quality, friendly, fast service.

Nice selection of beach cruisers and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Bought my wife’s beach cruiser in for a crazy simple fix and they would not even charge me. I like keeping my $ on the island so very happy to find such an honest and friendly merchant. I’ll be back.
