My wife and I just bought two e-MTB's at Acme, and the experience could not have been any more enjoyable. Tim, Trent, Trey and Tucker all provided us with their very knowledgeable input to decide which ones were right for us. Service after the sale is top notch, fast and efficient. I have been dealing with Acme Bicycles for many years now, and the experience just keeps getting better. You can rest assured that you are getting the best deal and service when buying at Acme. Now,when walking into Acme, it's like walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name.

This store is amazing!!! I wanted to compete in a triathlon and wanted to rent a nice bike for the event. Acme Bikes not only answered all my questions they helped me pick out a very nice bike that they rented to me for a great price. They wanted me to do well so the sent me with a spare tube just in case something were to happen. I got third in my age bracket and I am very appreciative of everybody thank you!!!!!

Took my grandsons new bike in to get the peddle fixed, they fixed it pronto and didn't charge me anything! Very helpful and friendly. We also take our E-bikes there for service.

My family and I were RVing through rapid city and needed a new bike rack to go on the back of the RV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up buying one and when we left town it failed, and one bike ended up being drug. When we called the shop back trying to figure out what could have happened the owner and I communicated with phone calls and texts. He was very responsive and ended up offering us a refund. This is a very unique situation because we were already in a new state by the time the incident happened and yet he was very helpful in coming up with a solution rather than disregarding us since we were already gone. The refund came a few days later and he didn’t demand that we send rack back as it would be high shipping. Overall I was shocked that they were understanding to the unfortunate event and in this world where people don’t seem to do the right thing, this business truly took responsibility and made it right. I would recommend them!

Finally found some kids ride shotgun pogies for my little dude in stock and acme sent them on the double! Trent was really responsive and kind. If I’m ever in the area I hope to stop by and check them out in person but I can’t recommend them enough if you need to order something! Thanks Trent and thanks Acme!!
