These folks have always treated me great as a customer. Had some work done on my bike recently and the customer service was top notch. Humble, honest, knowledgeable people who obviously have a passion for bikes. We are lucky to have such a great local shop here.

There's a reason this place has almost 5 stars. Stopped through here on a cross-country road trip to have them check out a brake issue on my mtb. They fixed it up within 10 minutes, but an hour later I had the same issue. They looked at it again, this time for longer, and figured out the root of the problem. I was out the door with a working brake in no time. Super friendly, reasonably-priced, and quick.

The team at Black Hills Bicycle went out of their way to repair my tire, even when I showed up right at 6:00 pm. Great team, and they now have my business.

Super friendly, knowledgeable, capable, fair priced, and awesome! Those are the words I associate with Black Hills Bikes! They definitely give off the ole shop vibe and I stop in weekly to chat and buy some small items like bottles or tools. Easily my favorite shop in the Black Hills. Will definitely miss when we go back to Tennessee in a few months.
