Stopped in to look for bicycle parts. Unfortunately they didn’t have what i needed, but then again l was looking for rare parts. However they were super knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of my questions regarding bicycles. I was also looking at their pricing, and everything looked reasonably priced. I highly recommend coming to this shop for your bicycle needs

Everyone is so wonderful here. They are all able to answer any questions you have about the bikes and products they carry. My husband was looking for a new bike and he was able to ride a few different bikes around the paved area that they have outside for a test ride which was very nice. Carol was especially informative and helpful. We went back a few days later and purchased the bike for my husband. I also test rode an E bike that they carry. I fell in love. I have some serious medical issues and I haven't been able to ride a bike with any comfort. I will be returning to purchase my bike hopefully very soon. We will be bringing our bikes here for regular maintenance. If you take care of your bike, it will take care of you. I'm so used to hand me down yard sale bikes, you can really feel the difference in quality. We are both 50. These bikes will most likely be the last bikes that we ever need to purchase.

My husband and I went in recently to get him a new bike. He’d had plenty of bikes before, but really hadn’t had one that was customized in a way that works for him. He was instantly attracted to a certain kind of bike. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly kind. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us. In fact, he was quite honest in the differences between bikes and whether or not the cost difference is something we could really benefit from. When we asked for any sort of customization he would always answer based on whether or not he thought it would work for us and would see if there was anything else that would’ve been a better deal. Both he and the owner were very accommodating and incredibly patient when I realized I did not actually have a hitch on my car and had to arrange for another pick up. I’ve bought bikes at other local shops and I’ve seen some of the bad reviews regarding pricing (I can’t speak to the rest) I can say with certainty that at least as far as the Electra beach cruisers they’re on par with pricing I’ve seen else where so, I don’t see why they wouldn’t mark up one of the highest selling bikes but not the rest.

We came in to buy my daughter a bike and the man working immediately wanted us to buy a beach cruiser that was way too big for my daughter. He seemed upset that we wanted a mountain bike instead. Probably because they had so many beach cruisers, he was trying to move them. My husband asked questions and the man working responded with really sarcastic remarks and answered to make us feel stupid. Finally I had to get out of there before my mouth exploded. He definitely wasn’t trying to sell us anything. They lost a sell, but the upside to that, they mark their prices up by at least $100. In a way, thank you for being a jerk. We took our business elsewhere.

I have been going to this shop for years off and on. They have always done a good job on my bikes and when I had to change to a Handcycle they took the time where other shops will say they do not work on them. They even got me in last minute to fix my deraillure; I won silver thanks to them. When I took my moms bike in and they did not have the part and their distributor did not carry it they told me who to contact and what to say. I did that and my bike company told me where to get the part. I ordered it and had it sent to the shop, piece of cake. I have not had any of the problems that the other comments talk about but some of them are judging the store for things other shops do too, like not switching out seats. When I rode upright, I always had to pay for a different seat and other shops had me pay for water bottle cages and tire reflectors. So, maybe it is the attitude you go in with because I have never had a problem.
