Ian, Michael and JP are the kindest (and most fastidious) crew of bike experts a guy could wish for! They had my bike built and tuned to perfection in no time. As a newbie to the east coast, I was looking for a LBS that had all these attributes and got lucky enough to find one on my first shot. Will absolutely be back for top tier service.

Staff is A+! They are friendly, professional, so helpful and patient! I was looking for information about indoor trainers and the person I spoke with on the phone gave me a lot of information. Additionally, he notified the staff that I would be coming in the next day. When I arrived at the store, the person in store knew who I was from the staff person I spoke with on the phone and he answered all of my questions patiently and professionally.

I had a great experience at Landry’s Bicycles today while getting my son’s SE bike serviced. The store was clean and inviting, and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. Ian at the service desk provided exceptional customer service—his professionalism, communication, and passion for his work really stood out. My son and I left impressed and look forward to returning for all our future biking needs.

The staff on this location is FANTASTIC! Helpful, energetic, knowledgeable and overall caring. I brought my bike for a flat tire and they were able to accommodate me right away. Obviously, I was lucky since it all depends on the availability in the service area. However, they way the service person approached it was really kind and gave me so much comfort and confidence. The bike was done and fixed in about 30 min (again lucky) and at the check out time the manager (I believe he was the manager) gave me a couple of tips on how to avoid getting a flat tire again. Also, he recommended a person that could help me installing a hitch in my truck to carry my bike. Listen, at the end of the day this is their job, to sell bikes and their services. However, they way they did it was exceptional. I won't mind expending my money and trusting them when servicing my bike. Thank you again to the team at this location, I apologize for no adding your names on this review. You know who you are. :)

I went in to drop my bike for a tuneup and was so impressed with each of the employees. All of them are kind and attentive and very professional.
