We were referred to Agees for a Trek and our sales guy was great. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and figured out our wants and needs to point us to the correct selection. We would highly recommend trying here first if you are in the market for a really nice mountain bike.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Itook my E-Bike in on a Friday at lunchtime. They helped me get my bike off of the car rack. Gave me the estimate and said that it would be repaired in by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. They called just before lunch on Monday (today) stating the repairs were completed. When I arrived the cost was exactly as quoted and they offered to help me get my bike back on the car rack. Even though I declined the additional help, the young man with the itty bitty pony tail even held the door so that I could exit the store easily. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible! Happy customer...will return for future biking needs.

I recently visited Agee's Bicycles to purchase my first road bike. As someone new to road biking, I was unsure about proper bike fitting and faced the additional challenge of being between bike sizes, with a shorter inseam for my height. Initially, I was sold a high-quality Shimano 105 DI2 bike. During the test ride, I was captivated by the electronic shifting and hydraulic brakes, which distracted me from assessing the fit accurately. Once I got home and tried the bike more extensively, I realized it was slightly too large for me. That night, I was anxious about having a bike that didn’t fit properly. The following morning, within the store’s 24-hour return policy, I returned to Agee’s Bicycles to express my concerns. Richard, the staff member who assisted me, took my concerns seriously. He allowed me to test ride a slightly smaller bike, ensuring it fit me well and provided the improved standover height I needed. Meanwhile, he proactively ordered the same model I had originally purchased from their sister store to facilitate an exchange. A few hours later, I returned to test ride the newly ordered bike. After a few minor adjustments, I was thrilled with the fit and performance. Agee's Bicycles demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I am very pleased with my new bike.

Best customer service I have received in a while. I bought a very non-standard bike and their mechanics worked with me to make sure every detail was perfect. They even offered to honor a coupon that I forgot to bring with me (I was able to bring it in later, but they didn't demand it). The salespeople have shared knowledge with me without ever trying to push for a sale. I have absolutely no reason not to keep coming here.

I recently had problems with some auto roofrack equipment I purchased from a major manufacturer—this stuff is over ten (10) years old and has been sitting on my car (which is not garage kept) the entire time. Rather than dismiss me or tell me "sorry dude, you're on your own," the repairman at Agee's worked tirelessly and vigorously to get my equipment fixed. It's not every day that someone takes your problem or issue and treats it like it was their own, but that's precisely what the folks at Agee's did, and even though they've already earned my business (I bought my first road bike there in 2004!), today they re-cemented themselves as a local small business that deserves my support, and as one I whole-heartedly recommend to anyone who wants good prices and even better service on bikes, bike accessories, and e-bikes.
