I have been renting a bike here every summer for 35 years and have always been well taken care of. They keep their bikes in great shape and work hard to make sure that their customers’ needs are met.

As a business owner, I highly value excellent customer service. I had a bad experience with another bike shop nearby and took my daughter’s bike to Bethany beach goods instead. Christie fixed the issue in minutes. Everytime we come here they will have my business. Thank you so much!

I haven’t rented bikes from them, but they let me borrow their air compressor when I had a flat tire on my car. Lovely people!

"People usually rent bikes weekly only. So, if I rent you those bikes and someone comes to rent weekly bikes, I will lose that money.” -Bethany beach goods Clerk This was my experience at Bethany Beach goods. I did not understand their unwritten business model. There were bikes available, and we were ready to pay so I’m not sure what was the issue. We weren’t just renting 1or 2 bikes but 8 bikes at the moment. Not even an accommodation to return, after expressing we were in town for the week. Clearly, we were not welcome, neither our business. I do not recommend this location, if that’s how you are going treated.

Low inventory! Don’t bother. Went at 10am in a Thursday and they were out of bikes unless you have a reservation? Unfriendly and understaffed. Don’t waste your vacation time here!
