I showed up with a need for a new battery in my electronic shifter paddle. I was able to leave the store paying only for the battery, but the labor involved was not trivial. It was good service with a nice conversation about cycling!

The staff were super friendly. When I arrived they had other customers they were already helping yet they looked up, made eye contact, and acknowledged my presence and said they'd be right with me. They were also very knowledgeable about helmet technology (yes, it's a thing!), and gave me lots of options for safety mirrors. What I like best is that both my tubes had gone flat and they changed them on the spot and I was on my way. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and they all ride all types of bikes so speak from first hand knowledge. I'm definitely going back.
