I was looking for a specific bike for my 7 year old and you were able to order it for me. I decided I wanted to swap out the grips for something he would think was cooler than the ones that it came with and I purchased those elsewhere. When I came in to pick up the bike I brought the grips in and offered to pay to have you swap them for me. The bike tech declined my offer to pay and swapped them on the spot. While I was waiting for the grips to be swapped, I was overhearing an interaction with another customer and the attention to detail helping that customer was also very noticeable. Great experience all the way around! Highly recommend your shop!!

Bicycle Centers Snohomish is my go-to place since we moved to Snohomish. Their crew is always available to help and consulting you the right way of what is needed for your bike. if something is not working right, they spend the time evaluate and find out what it is, coordinating with you before a repair, or fix is performed. Recently my wife's custom manufactured bike had problems with shifting. Austin found that the battery was dead (9years old). His recommendation to replace the entire Shimano system wasn't the cheapest thing to do, but my wife wanted it done. So, after a few days it was done, everything new. She tested it during her usual 60/70 miles rides during the weekends and loves her "new" ride. Thank you, Austin and crew.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years and bought four bikes from them. The mechanic are great and very friendly. They support local biking teams and trails. On top of all this they have great prices. One stop shop 👍

Got a quick bike check-up and estimate to repair and adjust disk brakes. They also adjusted the bar height to fit me and my riding position much better. Very friendly staff.

Great bike and more importantly fantastic service. Austin, who was the person who took care of my request, had dealt my somewhat difficult situation with superb flexibility. In addition, was responsive and friendly throughout the process of getting the bike rented.
