Seriously kind-headed well informed people! They are knowledgeable about their products, and they are incredibly receptive to your needs. Plus, their deal with Aventon makes them a one stop shop for all your needs. Buying a bike or e-bike (I got an e-bike) can be a really overwhelming task because of all the products and manufacturers. However, at Bicycle One they made the experience worth while. If you’re looking for a bike or e-bike please take them into consideration!

Took my sons bike in and was prepared to leave it but they had the needed part on hand and was able to help with another issue (that we didn’t even know we had) within 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Can’t say enough good things! Definitely a great bike shop with something for everyone. Also, just one of the best all around, well ran, family owned, local establishments I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve purchased 3 bikes over the last 13 years with all maintenance done by Bicycle One. One of those places you actually enjoy spending your money. THANKS. The bike has been life changing in many ways!

Having been in the retail business for my entire 50 year career I am very sensitive to customer service. Bicycle One's salesman, Malcolm, went above and beyond with us when it came to answering our questions and assisting us with finding the perfect bike for me. His temperance and ability to truly listen to us and guide us through the purchasing process was stellar. I strongly recommend him to anyone making an investment in cycling. Kudos to Bicycle One for their foresight to see the personal talents he possesses and openly shares with the public.

This was an incredible experience!! I've been to multiple local shops trying to find an electric bike that fits my needs. So when I walked into the shop I was expecting to be up-sold to some $5,000 bike, but I have some knowledge about what I wanted which led me to a brand of bike that is sold here. So I walked in and the shop is a little busy. A young lady walks up and introduced herself. Long story short, her only questions were to lead to what type of bike would fit my needs and I found a bike at a fantastic price. She had a builder put a bike together for me to sample and I was sold!!! Turns out, in conversation I find out this whole experience was with one of the owners of the shop. If I could I'd give this shop 10 stars.
