Since the Trek store in Harlingen is closing, this is back to being the only repair shop here. It's a well-established business and is what it is. There are parts and tools you won't find elsewhere in Harlingen. I have been coming here since 2007 and have had mixed experiences, sometimes causing me to seek services elsewhere. As other reviews have noted, not all the staff have great people skills. Some can be arrogant, unfriendly, and just not helpful. I have waited weeks for simple repairs, especially during the pandemic that began in 2020. On the other hand, if you just need a simple repair, like replacing a tube, they can sometimes do it while you wait. Carlos was very helpful yesterday with finding an air leak and replacing a tube, total cost $21.64 for tube and labor.

From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, I was treated like family. The atmosphere is helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. Not only did Carlos have outstanding knowledge about bicycles, but took so much time to fit me for the bike and show me all the options he thought would meet my needs. He even had a bike sent over from another store so I could see the paint color and decide if it was the color I wanted. Definitely made making such a big purchase feel fun and exciting! Would absolutely recommend them if you want a place that is going to take care of you like a friend and have the community to support you on your bike journey!

Friendly, definitely knowledgeable. The salesperson took their time explaining the bicycle I came to look at and other similar models. He helped me pick a helmet and recommended some maintenance items for the trail. Overall great experience.

Absolutely the coolest cycling staff north if the Rio Grande!! If your serious about beginning cycling or already addicted, forget about your age or shape, it doesn't matter. Just drop on in, you won't be disappointed. Either Daniel or Ana are there for supporting this lifestyle.

Very clean. Folks were very friendly. They did not have any bicycle shoes in size. Seems like a good place. I would return
