Can’t say enough great things about this shop! Everyone there is awesome and egoless which has become an afterthought in a high-end bike shop. For me it’s a huge selling point when things go right…and inevitably wrong! Benton is such a good dude and found me my dream bike. Absolutely infatuated with it. Riding it is pure bliss. The rest of the crew from the tech team through other team members working in the shop I casually chatted with were equally cheerful and helpful. Trek in STL will absolutely continue to earn my business when I’m in town!

It’s been 40+ years since I’ve been on a bike! I knew I needed to purchase a bike from a shop that was there to support and encourage me. From my salesman John, to the staff that assembled and added my basket to Colton the great guy that delivered her. He fitted the bike to me and answered all my questions! I named my bike TULA because now I’m tooling around town again! Thank you Ballwin Trek!

My old bike was stolen out of my garage and home insurance came through. It had been years since I bought a bike and Benton and Brad were amazing! They left no stone unturned and I left feeling fully informed and ready to drop bucks on a bike. The frame size and color of the bike I wanted wasn’t in stock at the Ballwin store but within two days they had one ready to go for me- 2 days before estimated! Beyond expectations for sure, and everyone in the store was incredibly pleasant. I felt no stress or like I was being sold on something at any point during the transaction, and the price was more than fair. I’ll definitely be recommending y’all from now on!

Great experience purchasing a bike here after many years without one. Benton was very patient as I tested several bikes to determine which one would suit my needs, and had great recommendations as I was just getting back into biking. Days after the sale I needed a few accessories that I easily could have purchased online, but came back in since the shop is well organized and it was advantageous to see the products immediately. Highly recommended!
