I acquired a barely used bicycle, a Specialized Carbon Fiber Mountain Bike - full suspension. It needed quite a bit of maintenance before it was worthy to ride, went to Bicycles of Scottsdale and they did a great job on it. Full tune-up, New Tires, Drop seat, Brake pads. The Rear shock was blown but instead of trying to sell me a very expensive $400-$500 kit they provided a suspension rebuild company saving me nearly $300. I appreciate their top of the line services and recommendations. I will certainly go back again when repairs are needed. Also, their pricing was very competitive! Thank you!

I’ve had a few of my bikes repaired at this shop, they do a great job, very personable, helpful, and they take pride in their work. I was using the shop across the parking lot, they were nice, but didn’t want to service my bike, since I didn’t purchase it from them. Bicycles of Scottsdale was happy for my business, I will be back, and have told my friends/family too. Keep up the great work! Scott Hubbard

I recently purchased two used ebikes from a friend. For the last eight months or so Bicycles Of Scottsdale has helped me with a tire and other parts and pieces that I have needed to fix. Recently, they suggested pneumatic brakes on the bikes and wow what a difference! Tom has done an amazing job, helping me fix and maintain these bikes, as I don’t have the tools knowledge or time. Thanks Tom! Thanks, Bicycles Of Scottsdale! Highly recommend for great service, quick returns on your bikes, reasonable pricing and all-around great work! Update: just yesterday on May 2 of 2024? One of the staff named Burton really really helped me with my bike. I was so thrilled with his quick work. Thanks Burton!

Horrendous customer service. Recently brought in my MTB in need of routine suspension service. Took far longer than expected (6+ months!), and $200 more than I was originally quoted. Numerous disappointing interactions in which staff was rude, defensive, and actually threatened to confiscate my property. Communication about the delays or additional costs was non-existent. Zero effort to compensate for the excessive time they kept the bike nor the excessive charges. Not responsive to feedback, and not apologetic. No chance I'd consider bringing more business there, too many better alternatives.
