excellent experience. Andrew is extremely patient with both kids and adults. Excellent selection. Nice quiet parking lot for a test rides. Highly recommended. I have also had the opportunity to work with both Jason and Will in repairs and tire replacements and can tell you they are awesome and extremely helpful.

I had a great experience purchasing my first E assist bike. Andrew was gracious, patient and great communicator. He spent time with me to get a good understanding of the bike. He was not a pushing sales person, he came across as a teacher and someone that really loves riding bikes. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you

I purchased my Specialized Como from Erik’s a year ago and checked in on a battery issue this past week. Josh, in the Scottsdale store, was immediately up to speed on my problem. Explained the process for service and set me up for my repairs, which pending the timely delivery of parts, will have me off the couch and back on my e-bike in short order. Erik’s have never disappointed me on any matter I have brought to their doors. I endorse Erik’s for biking needs from sales to service.

Andrew was extremely customer focused and very knowledgeable. I am very happy wile the e-bike I purchased and the thoroughness of the bikes prep and delivery process. I highly recommend Erik’s if you want an e-bike.

I visited Erick’s Bike Shop to get a simple tire replacement, but I was shocked when they refused to provide the service unless I gave them my personal information, including my address. I don’t understand why this is necessary for something as straightforward as replacing a tire. I value my privacy and felt uncomfortable sharing that information. Unfortunately, since I didn’t provide it, they wouldn’t help me. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this shop to others who expect reasonable service without invasive requirements.
