Excellent NEW management!! Super friendly, fast, and thorough. Took my bike in for a tune up and dusting off, Pearl and her team did a great job getting me smoothly back on the road. Also they offer free air when you need it and are conveniently located near Prospect Park. Highly recommend ☺️ 🚲

Great bike spot. I had my Aventon ebike shipped there to be assembled. I called and they completed assembling the bike way before the estimated completion date. Everyone there is great to work with and they spent time walking me through the bike. I will be using them from now on!! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NEW OWNERS HAVE HAD THE BUSINESS FOR ABOUT A YEAR!! Don't judge them by the old reviews

Great service from Pearl and Dr. bikenstein. Gave me all I needed in my new Aventon and set up super professionally and ahead of schedule. Best neighborhood bike shop!

Charming Mom and Pop bike store. But don't let their humble storefront fool you! The staff there are knowledgeable about mechanical bikes and e-bikes alike. It is also run by compassionate people. Doubtful about whether your one-of-a-kind companion will be healed on short notice? They will have the solutions.
