Mike was amazing to work with! He clearly has a deep passion for bikes and is committed to his customers finding and enjoying the right bike. I reached out yesterday about one, and he was willing to meet up the same day and let me test out a few bikes. His pricing is fair, and he does a great job sourcing high quality bikes and making sure they're in great condition before sale. Looking forward to buying another bike from Mike in the future

I just bought a used Giant Carbon Gravel bike and I am super happy with it . Mike has deep knowledge and understanding about cycling , and he took his time as he listened to what I was looking for and explained to me what options would match my requests. He educated me on the different kind of gears , geometry and tires , allowed me to take my time as I test rode 3 excellent bikes ( it was very hard to choose , all were excellent !). His shop has a great program that also allows you to exchange your bike in case you change your mind after buying it . I felt that Mike was very invested in supporting me to find the best bike within the price change and requests that I had ( comfortable position / geometry , capacity to climb hills with light gear , road bike feel when riding asphalt but also able to ride in gravel / rough roads ). Highly recommend Brooklyn Carbon Bikes!!

I was considering a medium-low end new bike from a normal store brand until I came across Brooklyn Carbon Bike Co. I decided to give it a shot. I called the business, and to my surprise, the owner, Mike, told me he could deliver the bike within the next two hours! Given that this is New York, I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the bike is amazing! It's hard to believe it's a used bicycle—everything about it is top-end. But the best part of the experience was Mike himself. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. He spent several minutes giving me valuable tips and advice. You can tell Mike's goal is to make sure you're genuinely happy with your purchase and not just simply make a sale. Was given 2 hours to test ride a wide selection of road bikes that he picked out for me after I let him know what my budget and goals were. Would definitely buy from Mike again in the future and will recommend him to any friends/family looking for a bike.
