This is an excellent bike shop that truly caters to every rider from first bikes to super bikes. They have outstanding and extremely knowledgeable staff, a great inventory, and extremely competitive prices. Big thanks to Boris who took great care of me and several of my friends and put us on awesome bikes for bargain prices!

This is my first bike purchase from them and they took care of me extremely well. I have to thank Boris for he was timely with his communication and was genuine all throughout. He gave me a good deal and was happy for me - not something you can say for someone who just cares about their business. Will return for sure! Cheers!

The price is unbelievable, The service is excellent. I been get bikes and parts from Boris the past 2 years. His knowledge is beyond the 5 stars. Don’t call him if you don’t have your credit card ready.

Roy’s is hands down the best bike shop experience I have had. From inventory to professionalism and quality of service, there is no higher bar. When I had to replace my bike, Boris worked with me every step of the way to make sure my dream build happened at the best possible price. I’m so grateful that this place is around and look forward to future trips from PA to NY. Only critique is to not bring your friends or tell your wife bc you will likely be coming back with more than you were supposed to!

Roy's is a great bike shop that has a local neighborhood shop vibe, but with really professional mechanics and an excellent floor staff. Boris is super knowledgable of the industry and can code switch to speak comfortably with cyclists of any skill level without missing a beat. He made himself available for lots of questions from multiple teammates and gave us space to customize our Dave Jordan Racing team bikes when they arrived at the shop. While there, I saw him speak to newer cyclists, parents and young kids -- getting them excited for everything from upgrades to their first bike purchases. You don't see many bike shops like this anymore. A true city gem.
